If you are a trainer or behaviour consultant looking to refer a client to see one of our veterinarians, the process is as follows:

• First, you will have your client schedule an appointment with a veterinarian at our practice for a behaviour consultation. They can reach our client services department here.
• Once their appointment is booked, you’ll complete the form below and send it to info@companionvet.ca
